Got there at 6:15pm waited for 30 mins. Got to the counter and asked for the free Dubia cup they were giving to the first 500 people. Was told they ran out of strawberries. I ended up getting a vitamin drink ( beet with Apple) I literally had about 5 people who were behind me in line get their orders before me. I asked the gentleman what about me and he apologized because I’m sure they missed my order smh I get my drink, go to my car and I find that they put kataifi dough in my drink lol which didn’t state on the menu it would have it in the drink.
Maybe I need to try it out on another day since it was the grand opening and maybe give a better review next time but for now this was my experience. I walked out unhappy. But the items did look good tho.
My recommendations:
Have menu on the tv screen working
-if you do a free Dubia strawberry cup again I recommend that you have them pre- made and put in the fridge ready to be given out. You can get smaller cups so you won’t need to add too many strawberries. So you don’t run out too fast. Or make half and then the rest as you go.
If you run out of strawberries in the future and you have a line of people waiting. Have a staff member be outside letting people know that so you don’t end up with bad reviews. I’m sure people would still want to order other things since you alerted them in advance about the cups.
But I do wish you all the best in the future with this business. I know it’s the first day and I get it. But moving forward maybe when it’s not too busy things...
Read moreI was super excited to see this place pop up and timed my visit perfectly -there was no line when I came, but as I was leaving the line was out the door and down block. The menu is very extensive, to the point that the cashier didn't know the item I ordered was on the menu - she was also a bit rude but I didn't account for that in the star rating.
The restaurant is in a very busy little shopping center with limited parking there's also a Trader Joe's there so getting in and out can be tough. The store itself is narrow with limited seating but I anticipate the crowds getting better as the newness wears off.
On to the food and drinks. They use a lot of fresh ingredients which I loved. My friend got a lemon mint drink which was pretty sharp and a little bitter so it was OK. Another friend got the lotus soft serve -their soft serve is soooo good, we all loved it. My milkshake was excellent, I can't wait to try it again. Lastly, we ordered lotus mini pancakes, which weren't good. The pancake texture is rubbery/cardboardy instead of soft and fluffy but they do a good job topping it and making it cute. I took leftovers home and no one wanted to eat it -I ended up tossing the rest. Prices for the dessert items are pretty steep -$14 for those mini pancakes and $18 for a Nutella waffle.
Overall though I would love to come back and try some of their other items, especially the milkshakes and juices. Have your...
Read moreIf you’re searching for the best juice and dessert spot in town—or honestly, in the entire U.S.—look no further than Juice Time & Pap Kunafa. I’ve tried juices and sweets from countless places, but nothing compares to the quality, freshness, and flavor here. Every drink and dessert I’ve had has been exceptional!
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of good vibes. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Whether you’re coming with friends or just need a solo treat, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy.
Now let’s talk about Pap Kunafa—the star of the menu. It’s hands down the best kunafa I’ve ever had. The crispy crust combined with the soft, gooey center is absolute perfection. The balance of sweetness and authentic flavor is like a comforting taste of the Mediterranean.
Whether you’re in the mood for something refreshing or something indulgent, this place truly delivers. I highly recommend it—you won’t just enjoy it, you’ll be hooked after your...
