Burger 7 — Restaurant in Virginia

I happened to visit this place on recommendaction of a friend. I ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich/burger and she ordered a Jr cheese. Our order came very quickly it was like 6.30 pm and the shop had one other customer besides us. The burgers were reasonably good, spice was next to none in Buffalo but was a nice warm crispy tangy Patti,fries were good but on the salty side.However, the real problem kicked in with the 3 burgers I took home for my family. I ordered 3 fries 2 Buffalo same as mine and one no 6 which was a crispy chicken sandwich on recommendaction of the guy who was serving me. As soon as I reached home ,which is like a 20 min drive, I notice that the burgers are burnt. The patties were litterally like choclate .And husband's pattie was like coal. Fries were not salty but so salty that one had to spit it out. I was hugely disappointed, so rang the shop. I must have rang about 6 times but gave up as didn't have the energy to go back and drive 20 mins as it is past 8 now. Please look at the pictures and decide your self. I spent nearly 50 dollars on burnt burgers. No one deserves this. No one! Avoid bring food home at all costs. Try to eat in the shop so ypu can confront them when they burn your food. i saw this place as i passed by earlier this week, and thought about trying it. I usually go online to review a place before i try it, but this time I didn't. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to-go. the menu has a lot of options for their burgers. That makes it a little bit easier to get what you want.

The atmosphere was okay. nothing really special about it. They have a variety of condiments on every table. Don't see that a lot among fast food joints. The wait was about 5-8 minutes, which is reasonable.

I would most closely compare this place to a Five Guys in terms of burger quality. It's not as greasy, though. The size of the burger was a little smaller than that of a 5 Guys burger, yet about the same price. Their fries were natural cut and very aromatic, but that didn't translate in their taste.

I ended up paying a little over $10 for a meal (burger, fries, and drink). In all, I don't think that it was worth that much. Maybe a buck or two overpriced. They had options for a turkey burger or a vegan burger. The only bacon i saw on the menu was turkey bacon (not real...

This was my first time trying this place today and I can say that I will never ever return here. I placed my ordered through Uber eats for pick up. In the notes section I wrote that I wanted my sauce on the side. I also called the place and spoke to the person who picked up the phone and asked him to make sure that the order made for me had the sauce on the side for the burgers. He did not listen to me clearly, he kept repeating back things that I wasn't even saying being super rushed. Why are you so rushed? Not like you have people in the establishment under these circumstances. He just wanted to get me off the phone.

Upon arrival my boyfriend walked inside and asked for our order. He noticed that none or the employees or the person at the register were wearing masks. Our order was also incorrect. The sauce was NOT on the side despite all my efforts to make this understood.

Least go say this was disappointing and i will never return. They also do not follow any safety precautions as they are not wearing any masks or PPE when...
