Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Tysons

We stopped here for dinner and were really impressed with the friendly staff. They were very pleasant at the time of ordering, and we saw them cleaning up after little ones that threw some food on the floor while the mom was trying to get them into their coats. While we were eating, two people came by to ensured our meals were what we were expecting. The food came out quickly, and was very hot which was what we were anticipating on a cold evening. Disaster! Although the staff were nice and the dining area clean, the food was terrible. The pot stickers were squashed flat and soggy. The beef was the cheapest cut of meat I've ever eaten from a restaurant. The broccoli in the Japanese pan noodles was sour. The sauce tasted only of salt and hot pepper. It was nearly inedible. No surprise that hours later my body rejected the meal. Awful. I will never go back to this restaurant. I don't remember Noodles & Co being like this, but now I'm afraid to eat any any...

The noodles are great, the company? Well its covid. As far as noodle accompaniment the chicken is ok, I don't know how they get it so flat! Tastes like prepackaged whatever but in pad thai its not bad. Also I get the Korean beef bowl which is legit in a pinch. Fast and not McDonald's. I also get tired of Chipotle being a 50/50 shot freshness wise. I can say their food is fresh every time and not a bad meal at all! Eat here a few...
