A Garden Flowers by Karina — Local services in Union City

Received an autumnal arrangement as a birthday gift earlier this week. It looked beautiful but all of the flowers were in full bloom which worried me as this can signal that they are already on their way out. Also there were fake plastic leaves in the arrangement which was odd and cheapened the look. 72 hours after receiving the arrangement, the flowers were dead, as I worried might happen. There is one lone sunflower hanging for dear life, God bless her. I love fresh flowers and take impeccable care of arrangements, so this was not user error. Any quality arrangement should last at least a week if you take care of them. My husband sent me a bouquet the same day, shipped from out of state, and those are still gorgeous and thriving. This arrangement is from around the corner and it was dead in a few days. I can’t in good conscience recommend this establishment. I want to support local businesses but this one needs...

My boyfriend sent flowers from this store. The first did not include the Bear he had purchased with them, so they gave him a credit toward second order. The second order was a disaster from delivery to final product. Delivery - Confirmed delivery when in fact it was not delivered. On the next attempt, the delivery driver called to ask me to receive from his car (what is the convenience in that?). After receiving the flowers, he called again to tell me he drives for Uber if I ever need his service. Product - There was a large amount of water that spilled out of the vase into the cellophane wrap which then went all over my counter. The mispelling on the card completely negated the message. The card read 'my baby deserves petty things' instead of pretty things. I would be livid if my thoughtful gift...

Wish I could give a negative review if possible. They never delivered the flowers even after calling to find out the status. Would not recommend.

Update: wow this keeps getting better and better. I told them to cancel the order and refund when they reached out about non delivery but they went ahead and...
