Today, April 26th, my family and I visited your establishment. I would first like to commend you on your food — when prepared correctly, it is truly excellent. However, I feel it is important to bring to your attention several recurring issues that have been affecting our experiences.
There appears to be significant disorganization when it comes to placing and fulfilling orders. Order accuracy is often lacking, and items — particularly crepes — are frequently forgotten. Based on my experiences during multiple visits, it seems that this may be an item employees are reluctant to prepare.
Additionally, there seems to be a breakdown in communication between the servers and the production team, which leads to mistakes and extended wait times. Unfortunately, the service recovery from staff has also been disappointing: there is often no acknowledgment of errors, no apology, and no attempt to make things right, such as offering a discount for long wait times or wrong orders.
Today, for example, we were a party of eight, and despite being loyal customers (having visited at least ten times in recent weeks), we continue to experience the same issues. I am concerned that if these problems are not addressed, your establishment may lose regular customers like us. As you know, Bergenline offers many alternative options, and customers naturally gravitate towards businesses that are consistent and value their patronage.
Your establishment has tremendous potential, but consistency, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction are critical to long-term success. I sincerely hope you take these concerns seriously and implement the necessary changes to improve communication, service standards, and customer care.

Read moreWas walking by and saw a sign that said "helado con queso" . Never heard of this place, was intrigued, so we decided to go inside and order something . Sooo delicious!! And friendly service. We ordered 'fruit salad' ice cream sundae and cheese bread. We got to choose 2 ice cream flavors. There was no menu with flavors on it but she verbalized them to us. Some flavors I remember her saying were maracuya, coconut, rum raisin, galleta, vanilla , chocolate. When we got the ice cream Sundae it didn't have strawberries like it said on the menu, instead they put watermelon on it. This was not a big deal to me as I love watermelon (but my fiance does not like watermelon. He actually picked this Sundae because of the strawberries and bananas so he was a bit disappointed that it didn't have strawberries). To the business I would recommend they tell the customer if they are out of something first as we may not like the substitution or might be allergic.
They warmed up the bread it was soft and fluffy. They also have us each a complimentary bread on the house prior to getting our ice cream Sundae. I would recommend trying this place out. We...
Read moreI wanted to share my experience from today when I visited your establishment with my daughter. As soon as we walked in, I noticed a waitress who had what looked like an eyepatch. When I asked her about desserts for take out, she immediately said they didn’t have any. Which is a lie. It seemed like as soon as I mentioned takeout her attitude shifted, she appeared disinterested and wasn't helpful at all.
I then went to the back and saw the cook serving ice cream. I waited patiently, hoping she'd offer some assistance, but she just moved on to other tasks. Meanwhile, the waitress kept passing by without offering any help either.
