The experience started off great a woman greeted warmly and helped me. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for but I didn't want to waste the trip since it took us about 45 min to get here. I travelled all the way here because of the good reviews and the selection was nice. So instead of just leaving we started looking around to see if maybe I could find something else to buy. The same lady helped me pick out some nice bath then I went to see the oils and that's when things got weird. Another women came to where my daughter were and bent down to randomly shake some rocks. Then she left and came back pretending to "fix" and move things arounds in a way that made no sense because the store was very well organized. Having worked retail I knew what she was doing. She was pretending to "fix" things so she could watch me. It immediately made me uncomfortable! Instead of offering her help like the other lady did she made me feel targeted and unwelcome! I had to go and ask her a question and she answered me dryly. After that I was ready to just leave but my daughter wanted to see the crystals. I told the first woman who was friendly to ring me up but her coworker took over and started bagging my items. Because the items were for spiritual use I left right then and there without buying anything. You do not buy items from someone who has negativity energy towards you; especially if they touch it.

PS. The items she was worried about me taking were only $1.25. It's almost laughable she thought so low of me to try to steal something so cheap, with my kid with me at that. I would rather pay more online or at a spiritual shop near me where the...

The customer service is great , the team that is there now are all very focused, friendly and knowledgeable.
