Very different from any other cell phone's store. Took my phone in for repair, it was fixed 15 mins later. Very professional and honest. Also, I bought a magnetic phone holder for my car, big selection of accessories.

Edit 2019: I keep coming back here!! I brought in my Pixel 3a with a broken screen and got it fixed right away. by the time I had lunch, they called me to pick it up. Amazing service!!! Also, i took advantage of their crazy sale on all accessories.
