Finally made it to El Waterloo! A bit challenged with Parking in the area, but worth the effort! I was immediately met by a friendly member of the staff (and I noticed this courtesy was extended to all who entered!) who helped me with my objective - that of purchasing a long-sleeved white guayabera - in the most thorough manner of helping that is possible.
