The design- I’ve been dreaming about getting a trident tattoo for almost a decade- been reworking the design over the years. This year, after being married for 2 years, I decided to incorporate a trident into my wedding monogram. It took multiple trials to get it right.

Sacred Soul- I was super excited and decided to bite the bullet and get a tattoo on Sunday the 26th. I heard about a couple 5 star places in SF, but for almost 6-8 days, they were unresponsive. I wasn’t as excited to get my tattoo anymore.

I search up “tattoo Fremont” and Sacred Soul popped up. I sent them an email with my design requirements and when they opened, I gave them a call. They picked up immediately and were warm and friendly. I mentioned in my email that I would request Damian as my artist as he has done a trident tattoo before (saw on his insta). They mentioned that they’ll share my info and Damian will get back to me. Super friendly and responsive!

Connecting with the Artist- Damian We connected on insta and I shared all my tattoo information. He was responsive and answered all my questions- approximate pricing, process, duration, prep, etc. I let him know my availability and luckily he had time on the same day. So I went in to Sacred Soul, was quickly checked in and waited while he prepped the station.

Actual Tattooing- The whole process was new to me- Damian adjusted my reference picture to my new modification minutes before going to print. He brought out the sizes and then made them smaller when both seemed too big. He was extremely patient and didn’t get annoyed when I needed to move the placement a couple of times. He also reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt too badly, but it’ll just sting (especially if you have a higher pain tolerance). The entire time he did my tattoo, he was focused, and then we started chatting once I felt comfortable with the tattoo sting. Very pleasant conversations and the time flew. He also did the piece pretty quickly.

Overall, I would recommend Damien, and even others (they were all so hospitable and friendly, making sure I’ve been helped).

I had the pleasure of getting a custom thigh piece by the amazing Adrian from Sacred Soul Studio. The piece took about 3-4 sessions, with the 4th one being a touch up session.

Adrian was super easy to work with. I presented a few things that I wanted to be part of the piece, along with a few references. Adrian knocked it out of the park with the design! Way exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t wait to get the piece started when I first saw the draft of the design!

I have a few other pieces on me by different artists, Adrian’s work healed the easiest out of all of them. Due to me requesting for a colored piece, I had to come back a few times in order for the color layers to heal. This was a good idea. The coloring and layers look extremely good because of that.

This studio is so close to my house, I’m already planning the next piece to fill out my leg. I will definitely be returning to Adrian for the rest of the work!

Environment wise, everybody in the shop were extremely professional and friendly. Almost giving me a barbershop vibe where everybody is chatting and having a great time. I look forward to coming back for my next tattoo! And maybe explore what the other artists have to offer as well! Sin the Piercer is super funny and friendly too! Great vibes allllll around!

This location is the first for Union City, and they've been open for barely a month, but they have tons of experienced individuals working here. My significant other saw they were opening up the shop here, and we checked out their socials and asked for a consultation. They have appointments that can be booked online, or you can contact the artist for availability. I met up with Diego, one of the tattoo artists, and he was super nice and professional. He's highly concentrated when he's working, but he was able to make me feel comfortable throughout the five hour session. He was able to make adjustments for me the morning of my appointment, and everything turned out great. His line work is amazing, and I would definitely recommend checking out their social media account to see all the artist. The location is very clean, which feels reassuring for getting piercings or tattoos.

The piercer, Sin, is super friendly and chill to talk to. Even though I wasn't getting any work done by him, he saw me in and assisted me in any way that he could. My significant other ended up buying a few pieces of jewelry from him, and he's very knowledgeable of his craft.
