Tandoori Pizza - Union City — Restaurant in Union City

This was my 2nd time ordering from here. The first time I got a paneer pizza and it was good. No issues. This 2nd time I ordered because the nearby Mountain Mikes closed. I ordered a malai chicken pizza. It sounded exotic and delcious. The website said itll take 20-30mins. I went inside after 20mins because i was hungry just to check. He said give it 7 mins. I said ok no problem, ill wait. So i sat there and after 10 mins another customer comes in and he gave them thier food and they left. Still no pizza. Then at about 40 mins since i ordered another customer comes in and they are looking at the menu at the counter and im standing there and the worker is lookin at me and i say "is the pizza ready yet" he said "oh yea its ready. You want it?" And i roll my eyes and tell him "hey,im not coming back" to which he smiled in my face. And i asked him "if the pizza is ready, what am i standing here for?" He said he was waiting for them to order. I said come on man smh. So now im home. The pizza looks good. And i ate a few slices and the exotic malai sauce tastes like mayo and ketchup mixed together. Every bite i take i cannot over look the mayo taste. Im just gonna throw this...

They messed up our receipt deliberately and overcharged. Upon questioning the overcharge, they tried to convince us by confusing us with terms like "discount before tax" etc. Worst experience. It took them 15-20 minutes to finally admit their overcharge but the look and attitude on their face was irritating to the extent like "what's wrong with paying few bucks extra".

Their pizza quality has become worser than worst Domino's locations.

And the food (pizza and wings) was good the very first time when they opened Union city. But since then food quality has gone down hill. Wings have become so small over time almost like chicken nuggets. And pizza base was so rubbery and chewy. Wings dripping with oil, when asked can the wings be made with lesser oil, the answer was "they are marinated before only, I hardly can do anything about it." Goodbye tandoori pizza. We have a nearby and much better consistant...

Ordered a pizza online which was chilli paneer pizza added jalapeño bell pepper olives and pineapple. They made pizza which I asked to add and the rest they did not made it. When I called they said to bring the pizza to the store. So I waste my fuel to go to the store wasted the money which I ordered the pizza. The workers are basically scamming the customers. No refund given to me no nothing even no apologies that they made a mistake. It does not mean that the store is busy so you make mistake. If you’re running a business as you should be satisfying the customers needs if they’re paying for the food you should provide it. The customers are paying not taking it for free. If I had to give 0 ratings to this store I would and also look at the picture which I added to this review and tell in what angle does this pizza looks like chilli...
