Troy Towers — Local services in Union City

Troy Towers has been my home for over 30 years and I've had the pleasure of serving its community as one of its most active Realtors since 2002. Nothing compares to the drop-dead views afforded by this majestic yet cozy hi-rise perched upon a 20-story cliff overlooking the Hudson River and facing the beautiful Manhattan skyline eye-to-eye. The building is very clean and well-run, the staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful and the financials are exceptionally well managed. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, and services and upkeep are continually enhanced by our ever-active and diligent Mayor and State Senator, Brian Stack. It's living in a quiet enclave, yet close to shopping, parks, and transportation. It's easy to make friends in Troy Towers; the pool and the gym are great meeting places! I have been lucky enough to have acquired numerous close friends within the building, and walking the walk, that includes many of the 300+ new residents I have sold or rented to over the years. ...

Great Building, unfortunately there is a huge deterrent to buying here.

Paula Brown!

She is a NIGHTMARE AGENT, maybe the worst I have ever dealt with in my life! She is unprofessional, a poor communicator, and disrespectful of other peoples time. I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone buy or sell a property with her or any agency she is associated with.
