Verizon — Local services in Union City

I was at your store 11/25/2018 in Union City to upgrade my phone. Demitirus was the salesperson. When I upgraded he told me that returning my old phone for credit/money was no longer an option. He proceeds to tell me that I got free accessories instead. Demetrius goes to the wall the pulls down a 45.00 cover, 60.00 screensaver plus other accessories. After I left, I realized: I didn’t get the phone I wanted Demetrius charged about 121.00 work of services and accessories to my account without my permission or knowledge.

This employee committed FRAUD pure and simple. I never authorized any of those charges. He must be on some sort of commission to sell accessories.

I have contacted Verizon about this incident and filed a complaint with the BBB.

They tried charging me $132 dollars by the 8th of next month I called and asked why and he took $35 off. My bills $97. I still don't see how when my paper states I'd pay 75($65) with auto pay and $10 for the phone. So thats $75 with autopay He said with taxes it equals to $97 and some change. I still don't see how when I signed a paper for pretty much $75 dollars every month. They definitely do false advertising. After he deducted the 35I'm supposed to pay by the 8th of next month and another 97 by the 17th. He said it wouldn't do that but why does my account state that. Very frustrating.
