This is the day after my husband and I got our new mattress, and I laughing at how foolish I feel (still a 5 star review! )

I had read some reviews for this place a couple days ago in preperation for mattress shopping and I got it narrowed down to here and mattress firm. I saw all these reviews mentioning Bob. Well by the time we start shopping I forgot his name entirely and thought the Bryan who helped us was this guy everyone had to be raving about online. I even told my husband when he walked away that we got the guy that everyone says is the best, yay, how lucky are we right?! The B names got me.

Well..whoops everyone is raving about this Bob guy and I'm sure he's great because Mattress Depot hires some great salesmen.

Bryan got us into the comfiest bed, in our budget, explained his products, explained the industry, spoke respectfully and honestly about his competition. Nothing but impressed.

This is our second mattress purchase from John @the Union Gap store. The first was for my son who decided he was to old for a twin bed. It was his first big purchase. John was patient with with him and very informative. Months later I decided that my husband and I needed a new mattress. Once again John was awesome. I went in with out my husband and John printed out quotes for the mattresses I liked. When I returned with my husband John went over everything again with him. He kept us updated on the status of our mattress and when a problem with the manufacturer arrived, he called us to let us know and how he was going to make it right for us. He is an great asset. Our bed was delivered a week ago and the drivers were also good with the installation and showed us how to work out adjustable base. Thank you Mattress Depot for having a wonderful team...

If you think you’re safely investing your money due to a warranty provided , think again. This store has you thinking you will be taken care of but to only pass you on to a phone number of the manufacturer of which mailbox is full and leaving their customers to fill out a long list of to do’s and send it to an address . Hmmm here we go again. I wouldn’t recommend this mattress store not only because of the provision of warranty but of its products. After 2 years my mattress springs collapsed. If you don’t think that’s bad when you go to get a warranty provided you better have the ability to take the pictures the manufacturer requires or again you will not meet their...
