I love this place. My boyfriend has always come and had pleasant experiences with Joe. This man is amazing. He is always there and super knowledgeable. He helped us to figure out what style of ring I like.Turns out i love the halo princess cuts. 🩵He also has helped with watches⌚️. My kid and boyfriend love the style a watch can bring, and Joe is always working with us to get that classic time piece they both love. For me, once Joe helped me figure out what I liked, Jakobe helped narrow down what kind of piece would work as a one of a kind engagement 💍, or even just a beautiful piece just because. I am very upset with Morgan jewelers I thought they were a great place I recommended my husband to go there to fix his Jesus pendant and he waited two weeks paid a decent amount of money and he went to pick up his medallion and it no longer fit onto his chain before it easily slid onto his chain and was way bigger not only that it’s missing gold off of it very disappointed in Morgan jewelers as they didn’t even apologize or offer a refund and when my husband asked for one they acted like they weren’t too happy about it but did refund the money and acted like he was wrong. What is the point of getting a pendant fixed if it no longer slides onto your chain? , very disappointed in the service very disappointed in what was returned to us. Now his pendant is shorter, and no longer fits the chain and I will add a photo to prove that. So now he spent all day trying to find a jewelry shop to fix it and it’s worse than when we took it to be repaired in the first place and smaller. Something that should’ve been a simple fix…..should’ve easily been done. We just needed it soldered where it broke and instead, it came back smaller and won’t fit the chain now and missing gold.
