My 4 year old son likes this place because of the tablets and the mac and cheese. So, when he decided he wanted to eat there for his 4th birthday I decided to take him against my better judgement (previous times I have eaten here haven't been good either.) Now in their defense we were a large group, 11 people. We ordered drinks and received those in a timely manner. We ordered appetizer samplers and they did not show up. We waited an hour for our food and when it finally showed up they decided to bring our appetizers, the appetizers were ice cold, the marinara sticks were cold and they didn't come with any marinara. (They finally brought some after being asked, and it was the only warm thing on the plate) The nachos that were supposed to be there were not on the plate. The onion rings were old and cold. The wings which were supposed to be boneless and tossed in sauce had such little sauce on them it was ridiculous and they were cold. (They did take the appetizer sampler off because it showed up so late, which didn't matter because we only ate the mozzerella sticks.) I had to get up from our table and refill my children's drinks at the soda fountain myself, because it had been and hour and they had no refills. I had to go looking for silverware since none was provided, I ended up taking some from the to go area. Now our food... the waiter set out some of the food at the table, and left my wife and her friends food sitting on a side table about 10 feet away. I had to stand up and go grab it myself so it wasnt sitting by itself on some vacant table getting cold. My wings were cold but I proceeded to eat them because I didn't want to wait any longer and I didn't receive any dressing for my salad. Now there were 11 of us like I said, 6 of those orders were a simple kids mac and cheese. The other five were a wrap, a hamburger, my traditional wings, boneless wings and another order of wings. Everything was cold except the fries....which we did not order but thank god they showed up because they were the only warm thing on the table. Once I decided to start tracking down drinks for the kids and silverware for our table one of the servers/manager(?) started trying to get an attitude with me as if their terrible service was somehow my fault. Then rather then checking on our table after I got our drinks and silverware, nobody showed back up. And the lady who tried copping an attitude with me was behind the register with four or five other staff playing with someone's toddler...now I appreciate wait staff, but if you do such a terrible job shouldn't you try and check on that table to make sure everything is going smoothly? I wont be eating here again it was a terrible meal with even...
Read moreLast month the waiter Aaron gave me and my friend absolutely terrible service while dining in ( never brought us our drinks, kept disappearing so other waiters had to serve us all our food and when he would notice others serving us he would run up behind to “try and help” ) and when he finally came back to us the one time by himself he instantly asked if we wanted our check and when we didn’t tip him (because it wasn’t deserved at all in our opinions) he decided to take matters into his own hands and give himself tips on our cards once we left- spoke to management a few days later once we noticed it on our cards and they told us they would “work it out” and never got back to us after back and forth calls for a few days saying they would refund us what he stole. When we reached out to management again 2 weeks later once we realized no one was actually doing anything they said they would, they yet again asked us for all the exact same information that was given previously and then never reached back out AGAIN after saying they would refund us still. It’s been officially one month since the incident. And tonight my boyfriend decided we should try BWW again and do take out instead and they forgot both orders of fries that come with the wing and fry bundle - I get it that it’s a Saturday so it’s busy but this isn’t the first time also that the union gap one forgets parts of our take out orders. Really can’t justify anything about this restaurant at this point. Also not sure if Aaron himself has been fired or reprimanded for the straight THEFT he has committed but if he wasn’t- I would suggest other customers checking their statements after having him be your waiter because who knows how many other people he does that to wether...
Read moreI’ve come here for years but recently have declined in the amount of visits due to poor service and food times. Today, topped all of my bad visits and I will not be returning. We ordered our full order and asked for Onion Rings as an appetizer. The onion rings took 20 minutes to get to our table and we’re cold. Waitress didn’t come check on our table for another ten minutes and when I told her it was a nonchalant “oh I’ll just take those off your tab”. I ordered wings and fries and my dad ordered the boneless wing pizza and fries. The wings and pizza arrived 20 minutes after the onion rings and the waitress said “oh I’ll be right back with your fries”. We took a bite of our meals and just like the onion rings, cold as can be. We were hoping our fries could have been to our table and at least warm but our waitress ignored our table while hiding out in the drink station and was no where to be seen. I had to wave her down to let her know that the food again was cold and that she forgot our fries. Again, an emotionless response of “I’ll grab my manager”. Manager came out and seemed to not even care and just said “we’ll take the onion rings and fries off the tab and give you a discount”. We paid for the wings and pizza but it didn’t dawn on me until we were heading out the door that we paid for food we didn’t even eat. I was so over the situation that I didnt bother starting an argument over paying for the meal. This place used to be the top of the town and was my go-to but the lack of care from the top down shows and makes it hard to want to...
