Bobs, BE EMBARRASSED! Literally living up to every letter in the “DISCOUNT” part of your name. So, let’s start the buffoonery. FIRST, the first delivery attempt (yep there’s a few) brought a sectional sofa with half light gray, half blue. We ordered a gray sofa. So, we had half a sofa. The delivery guys caught the error, and explained they tried to load the right piece but explained no one at the store knew what color we wanted when they called to try and load the right color before delivery. They were cool enough to leave half a sofa so we had something to sit on. SECOND, another attempt over a week later to deliver the sofa, TWO DIFFERENT COLORS AGAIN so the delivery wasn’t even attempted. The driver called and truck never came. THREE two weeks and counting now with half a sofa, they finally deliver the correct item and tried to deliver MORE than we paid for. We’re honest so we refused the piece. FOURTH, I received perhaps 5 text messages asking about the completed delivery BEFORE we received everything. I didn’t reply because I was certain they’d assume we got everything and I’d have to fight for the rest of my items. SIXTH, I received MULTIPLE messages that they would like to deliver parts of the sofa we did NOT order. I ignored these. LAST, my wife called to cancel the final item, a table, as at this point we would rather get on all fours and eat off each others backs that an item purchased at Bobs, and they refund her the incorrect amount (who’s side do you think they errored on?). When I called customer service, I was obviously really inconveniencing the woman I spoke to because she sounded more bored than a kindergartner in a Corporate Human Resources meeting. Folks, there is a reason the last time I bought anything from this clown Bob was when I bought my FIRST furniture as a semi adult (age 23). I am now 45 and have bought a LOT of furniture, all from Raymour and Flanagan. Do NOT wonder why I pay 1000’s more for furniture after reading this. You get what you pay for. This was my WIFE doing the right thing and trying to save money. The material is crap, the selections are limited, the quality is SUB par, and the customer service is the same you’d receive on a car bought off Facebook marketplace, NON EXISTENT! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Read moreOur sales person, Daphne, told us that we could have the couch delivered to the store as long as we pick up before a certain time on a specific day because they "don't have room at this location to store things". Great. Set the date. We rented the truck. Arrived to be told by manager that our furniture isn't there and they "don't do that". So. I guess it's our problem that their employee told us that and she was ill-informed. We paid to rent a truck. My partner took the day off work to make sure he could be there early, like the sale woman said, as to not inconvenience the store. The manager told us our option was to pay to have it delivered, a week later than expected, after new years OR we can pick it up a half hour away at a warehouse. Our sales person lied and basically made our sale final by saying we could pick up at this store and wouldn't have to go to the warehouse. Blatent lies, according to the manager now at this store. I'm so livid that I want to cancel the entire order. No one called Daphne while we were there. Instead, we were treated like we made this up? The manager is "confused" why Daphne would tell us this as they don't do it. Well, yeah, I'm CONFUSED TO! We reiterated before leaving the store that night that it was this specific date before a certain time because we told our sales lady my partner needed to take the day off work. Lastly, we had to basically beg for them to reimburse us a bit for the truck we rented but they take no responsibility nor accountability for providing us with information that was THIS wrong. They don't care at all about you...
Read moreI am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED by my experience with VERONICA. I came to this Union location in search of a mattress. I was with my sisters who were both looking for bedroom sets. She put all her focus on me. Somewhere in our interaction she decided I’m not worth her time. She told me to go read reviews online and decide what mattress was for me and then come back because she “CAN’T HELP ANYONE ELSE WHILE IM STILL IN THE STORE” 1. I highly doubt that’s the policy. 2. There were no other customers in the store. 3. There were 2 salesmen in the front sitting down helping no one, if someone came in the guys could have helped them. She completely ignored my sisters. She also bought up financing multiple times after I told her I was paying cash but yet again she bought it back up.
Since when is customer service buy something now or leave. We were I the store for approximately 15-20 minutes. Am I not allowed to look around the store before I make a decision? I never asked for her help, she offered her services then stood over us like we were shoplifting. She offered no information about the mattresses besides the price. She was completely dismissive! This store lost 3 customers today. We took our business elsewhere and made our purchases. No thanks...
