I find it highly inappropriate for a vending machine company operating on a HBCU college campus to overcharge students. The price displayed was $1.50, but was charged $2.50 instead. College students already face enough financial burdens there’s no need for deceptive pricing or unfair markups. Please have some decency and ensure pricing is accurate and fair.
This company provides an incredibly poor service. Their vending machines on campus are highly unreliable they often take money without dispensing items, and when they do work, it’s difficult to retrieve the product.
