Panda House Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Union

I ordered egg drop wonton soup, egg rolls, french fries and general tso chicken. The food was good but the service was not. I was told they only accept credit cards and to present my ID and debit card to the driver. I had no issue doing so. I was given a delivery time of 39 minutes maximum. Over an hour and 2 phone calls later, I was told my food was left on the porch in the cold. I didn't receive a call nor did my doorbell ring. The restaurant told me they used an UBER driver and they would speak to them. Not sure if that's true because I've never been asked to have my ID and debit card ready to show by Uber. Food is great, service sucks. Been going here for several years. I call in an order, pay over the phone & pick-up the order. Last several times I ordered they refused payment over the phone. Must pay when you pick-up the order which is very inconvenient. Today I asked when they stopped taking payment over the phone. The chickie on the phone out & out lied to me!! I think their restaurant...actually all 3 stores are infested with roaches orcsomectype of bugs....i dont go into quick stop bc i caught the man spraying bug spray and the smell was too strong....and now im 8.5mos pregnant so my sense of smell is really good now and when i went into the chinese store it smelled just like the bug spray. I cant buy cooked food from somewhere that has a roach problem....they knew it too bc the doors were wide open but its cold out.....i dont really care about the liquor store having roaches as long as they arent walking...
