Placed a $500 wine order 10 days ago. Order was finally shipped on Friday Dec 3. I was told it would arrive on Saturday Dec. 4 by end of the day. Saturday at 5 pm I received a text that its delayed and will be delivered by the end of the day on Dec 5. Sunday Dec 5 arrives and ends, no delivery. All the while the message from FedEx for 2 days said the pkg is on the truck out for delivery. I received another text that my delivery will arrive on Monday. Better yet the warehouse is only 30min from my house and its 3 days. Keep in mind that the order needs to be signed for. Am I expected to take a day off from work to sign for this? I have been charged for my order which shows in their system as not yet shipped, expected delivery date of 3 days ago! No answer from so-called "customer service". I checked reviews and they have a D- rating from BBB, terrible reviews all over the place. I wish I had read those reviews before signing up for a year long subscription to their "stewardship" program! Money wasted, apparently. Tried to reach them online chat and then called them three times , they have told me the items are sold out and there is nothing they can do.
