Michael Anthony Furniture Galley is the best place to get the same items you would receive from any other commercial furniture store but without the hassel. My living room, bed rooms, dining room and den furniture all come from here and I have to tell you how much each piece looks perfect in my home. The brand names they carry are better than Raymore and Flannigan, and both cheapo Bob's Discount Furniture and Ashley Furniture hands down. Better, higher quality products and no one is pressuring you to purchase. In fact, I was told to look around, check out what we have on the show floor and when I am ready, to come and ask more questions about each piece. I didn't have to wait long for my delievery and each time I called to inquire about something, I received a satisfying answer. I don't know about the others on here complaining about service, delievery and even going further to say that there are people working there that are liars,angry and racist, but perhaps you take a good look at yourself to see how your actions towards the situation or problem you may have had, instead of deflecting the blame on to the sales people. This is by far my worst experience ever ,Micheal Anthony is not fit for business his comtomer service is by far the worst, today my sectional sofa came and not even 5min after his guys assembled it together it was falling apart ,when I called Michael his attitude was Nasty via call, so I went into the store and boy that's when he showed his true colors, I'm not sure if it was the rainy but it was bad ,, his guys didn't even remove the cardboard boxes and plastic from my place I showed Michelle and his response was it's only plastic if I want him to send a truck to remove (THAT) he is a angry human being and I feel sorry for his sales person because she's such a good person has a lot of patients,i think if she wasn't there that store would be out of business by now I will not recommend my worst enemy to go there, do it at your own rise my problem only got solved when I told Michael Anthony I will have CBS new FOX new etc up in his business and I had him on tape, also I have records of my apartment. That's when he told his sales person me what I want so I can leave his F**in place ,ppl don't support his business...

My wife and I visited the Michael Anthony Furniture Gallery on President's Day. A friend recommended us and this was our first time in the gallery. I can't say enough of how nice their showroom is and the incredible selection. Best of all was the fantastic customer service we received by one of the owners, Michael. The store was very busy because it was President's Day but Michael was so patient and knowledgeable about everything. We were in the market for a new bedroom set, recliner chair, and mattress. Michael educated us on the various options, quality differences, and price points. If it wasn't available in the store we were able to order anything we wanted based on the brand, fabric, etc. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Michael genuinely cared that we made the best decision that fit our budget. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and walked away happy happy customers. We can't wait to go back! Thank...
