I usually do not have problems at this Starbucks but todayās experience changed my everything. The staff member (regret not getting her name, April 10th, 4:30pm) literally shoved us away and closed the line on me and another customer in front of me and said that she is no longer taking customers with no explanation. She was very rude and disrespectful. She could have simply said ā I am so sorry but I can no longer take any more customersā. When I asked why she walked away with attitude so I asked again and she said she was short staff. Itās understandable how overwhelming it can be however not for 3 customers. I would rather take a further drive out than stop here again. That was beyond rude and embarrassing when being with family...
