I’d give it a three not because there is a lack of variety in produce (good breathe and depth actually) but the quality of service (client orientation) of your associates at the butcher/meat section. Your associates take their own sweet time before serving customers and gives me the impression that service is provided at the bare minimum. Just as an example today, Your associate manning the section between 3pm to 3:40 took time to acknowledge my presence while he was cleaning/sanitizing his workstation (no problem with that and still perfectly fair given the current health situation). A little less than two minutes after, he finally asked me what I needed and I told him i would like to get some 80% patties. He told me the patties were out and completely stopped there. I was waiting for him to provide an alternative but more than a good 10 seconds had passed before I finally relented and asked him if he could make some from the minced meat. He obliged and I got my burger patties and done and over with but I feel this has been a pattern of behavior in this particular section. I hope management takes notice and try see how this section could improve its customer service to be more client-oriented. I hope i’m not misunderstood to be simply asking for fake smiles and pleasing personalities but simply the basics of acknowledging the customer with due respect and offering solutions proactively while also taking pride in his/her work.

The store is average at best, quality of foods is decent and selection of items is just ok. Pricing is horrific for what you're getting but that's the price you pay when you partner with Amazon, lol. Reason i give it 1 star is because of MOST (not all but MOST) of the employees there have such bad attitudes. I guess that comes with the territory of the cities Union is located near but wow. Most of them act as if they're doing you a favor by asking them for help or simply looking for a greeting with the cashier at check out.

I was standing behind a gentlemen who was being checked out and the cashier was so friendly to him and had the small talk convo with him and was all smiles. Once i approached she went 180 and showed her true colors (get the joke?) . I greeted her and asked her how she was doing and she proceeded with a smug look on her face and didn't even reply. Maybe if I was the same color was the gentlemen in front of me she would of been nicer? This store needs a rework and fast. I've only stepped foot at this place one time since 2022 started and it was a great reminder of why I stopped coming there to begin with.

Came here to get something to eat from the food court and was the worst decision. First off the to go boxes are overly priced for no reason the food sits there in open air for hours. I had to throw the food out because it was not edible. I had some Broccoli with garlic sautéed it seemed like the Broccoli was not washed and when I was trying to eat it there was SAND in my broccoli left like I was eating rocks I had to spit it out. I also had some beans and rice and the rice was hard wasn’t even cooked it was raw. Everything else was tasteless no flavor. I’ve had better school lunch cafeteria food back when. Why isn’t there a *Manager checking the food Quality that you are serving your customers it’s disgusting. I didn’t realize it just sits there until now. I also bought a mix Fruit container in the fruit section I guess made by the workers there and the taste of the fruit was like it was sitting in dirty water right before they put it in the containers. I would never again buy anything made by the workers at Whole Foods Market nor would I recommend anyone else to either *Managers you should be ashamed...
