It’s very rare I will take the time to provide my feedback, but today it is very necessary. I would like to give 5 stars to the young lady Cassey that is in the printing department. She gave me and my Mother EXCELLENT Customer Service. She made sure we understood what we were ordering and basically did everything for us with no hesitation. She should be on supervisory level with the experience, knowledge and attitude she showed towards us. She showed that she cared, took her time and was able to execute the sale! She made us feel like we made the right choice by coming to Staples instead of somewhere else. I tried telling the supervisors on duty I believe one of their names is Charles and another guy, but they didn’t care to acknowledge the outstanding job I was trying to explain to them she was doing. I advised that she was providing to us great service, etc. I gave the experience overall a 4 star because of their nonchalant attitude in the supervisors!!! They could’ve cared less I was giving any compliments. You need professional upper management in place and they aren’t it! Give it to Cassey who cares about the customers and the establishment! Read moreI only give this store five stars due to one particular employee in the copy center. Each time I go there which is often, I get really upset when I don't see this particular staff working. Like the other comments, this store is one of the worst staples. This is due to some of the employees are not focused on providing great customer service, as well as not being fully knowledge on the equipment they are utilizing. However, Brianne is great she goes above and beyond at all times and tries to handle all the customers in a timely fashion. If the employees would not be so focused on what type of paper they can't print on without charging you more and talking among each other they can get some work done and complete it accurately.
