Subway — Restaurant in Union

I'm only writing this review in hopes that it gets better. I'm not new, I've lived here for years and I've come to this subway often, though lately, it's been going drastically downhill since last year. Often times my order (Of which yes, I use the app to order online) gets messed up in some way, or, in this case, what is supposed to be a cold cut combo is only gets one type of meat with sauce, nothing more. This seems to be more apparent with the "Meal of the Day" menu selection as anytime that's ordered instead of being in store, I've noticed more of an issue with that at this location.

I guess for this store you need to come in; Make eye contact, actually order in person otherwise you'll not get what you want most of the time.

The only other downside I'll say is sometimes the associates can be a bit snippy with their responses which seems a bit rude, especially when you're asking a questions to them or, as a few times I have walked in, they don't even bother to mention anything at all standing near the back on their phones, and of course, I'm not complaining about that, but, it can be a bit of a bad thing for anyone to just walk in and take an order from pickup if you don't confirm...

Been using this subway in person and with DoorDash for years. Last night they refused to take my DoorDash order because the owner says they won’t take DoorDash orders over $50. The dasher was standing there, I spoke to them on the phone and they wouldn’t do it even though they approved and conformed the order, and we had already waited for our food. They said “well you could come here and we can make your order.” What? I had a starving family of six with hungry kids melting down, delaying bed time, cutting into date night and now had to figure out another dinner option. The fact that they don’t care about customers who spend $1000s with subway is unbelievable. Subway franchisees in general are always trying to cut corners like giving single instead of doh or portions for wraps as advertised and the app...

Don't go to this subway. I was there two weeks ago and I literally waited approximately 15 before I left the place. The guy making the sandwiches was extremely rude with every customer that was there, you could see he didn't want to be there. Guy was very sarcastic and unpolite. A homeless woman was there with all her bags and she was going to the bathroom like ten times. I couldn't take it anymore so I left. I was driving around the area today and decided to give this place a second chance which I regret deeply. This time was a woman that was there and she acted the same exact way as the previous guys. Very unprofessional, very rude, customer service sucks and the bread was definitely from the day before, very hard. Not walking into this place until new people start...
