I went into this location as it is closest to where I live. I went with my mom to buy some Christmas boxed cards. Every person was greeted and asked if they were finding everything okay… except for us! Even tho we were standing close to others asked we were never asked. I love hallmark! I love that I can get my beautiful snoopy cards to send every year, but I am totally turned off by this location. A friend of mine shopped where a while back and told me she was followed around and not in a helpful way. I worked for hallmark years ago and never did we ever treat people badly. I visited this store today with my mom and my 7 year old little brother who has autism. my brother had thrown a little fit over some markers he really wanted and my mom took him outside, I was still inside shopping and over heard the worker whom seemed to be watching my mom and brother before, talking badly about my mothers parenting to another worker. “regardless of the age, I would not tolerate that!” it was extremely rude and it’s none of her business judging a customer. overall Karen :,) !
