So far so good!! The store is clean and neat. Not only do they fix stuff but they sell phones, headphones, cameras, cases, and other gadgets. I dropped my phone off the other day because it would not hold a charge - it was stuck on 2%. They told me to come back in 2 hours but since I was heading to work I came back the next day. The nice lady showed be that it was now on 10%. I think we were both under the impression that meant it was now working properly. It was exactly $60 for fixing it. When I made it to work I tried to charge it up to 100% but it did not work. I tried using different chargers and it still did not work. I immediately called the store and spoke to the her again and kindly let her know that it still does not charge and I already paid. She told me to bring it back in today. Read moreWorst experience I have ever had! There is no communication between staff. I gave my laptop to the owner thinking I would have it back within a week. After two weeks I did not hear back from him so I called him. He told me he forgot about it and would fix it right away and call me back. We discussed prices and everything. After waiting another week to get a call that I should have gotten within a few hours I called them back. Once again he acted as thought he did notknow what I was talking about and hiked the price up by an extra 75 dollars. I'm currently in the store trying to get my laptop which is still not fixed back but his technician refuses to release my own property to me....
