Update, 2022 Sept 22: The newbies are getting their groove in the pharmacy. Operating hours are still very bad, and always changing. So, check the pharmacy hours before you go! I am upping my rating to 3 stars from 2, because I do love this particular location. But, I really hope to see better, more consistent hours in the future. It is no fun rushing to get a script by 6pm on a weekday!! Or, wanting to stop by in the late morning only to learn they aren't there that day until 1pm! Who does that?!
Update: July 2022 regulars, what regulars? They are gone. Pharmacy staffing, and hours now?! What a joke. All that work there do the best they can, so kudos to them still. BUT, after decades of filling scripts and shopping while waiting, I'm about to leave. They need to add/bring back/promote more friendly staff and try to keep them and/or get some back. Especially, in the pharmacy. Two thumbs down for now.

Read moreScrewed up two times in a row, two weeks apart. They don't care about their customers -- or at least me. They don't remind customers to take their cards back in the drive thru, had to go back last week after it was still sitting in their bin. They gave me creams instead of ointments two weeks ago, had to go back a second time. Now today, one of my scripts was not available yet due to insurance so they only filled one. When I went back they told me, "Oh that other one is on hold". If they cared about their customers they would let the customer know! So frustrating. I've switched to Rite Aid now. You are supposed to be professionals so act like it. If we have waited over 20 minutes to be waited on at the drive thru don't come act like you can't pick up the phone and check on the meds. The Pharmacist is supposed to help clear up the matter n not make it worse. The same meds that I was told they didn't have, why did the system text me 20 minutes later telling me my meds were ready.
