Wingstop — Restaurant in Upper Deerfield Township

I ordered a delivery order tonight off the app. I scheduled it to be there at 4:30. They have delivery through DoorDash. I waited until 5:10 and realized my driver never made it to the store. I went to pick it up myself. I spoke to a manager named John. He was top notch. He refunded my delivery fee and tip. I was concerned because this Saturday we have my 50th and my hubby planned on ordering 100 wings to be delivered. I spoke with him about this. He gave me his personal cell and said if there is a problem, call or text him and he will make sure we get it, even if he had to have someone drive them here. I’ve been to this new Wingstop location twice now, and overall, I’m really enjoying it! The first time I ordered, I was told the wait would be 20-30 minutes, but it ended up being a little over an hour. I didn’t mind too much since the restaurant had just opened, and I understand that the staff is still getting used to everything and working together. Plus, I did order 30 wings, so that probably contributed to the longer wait. Hopefully, as time goes on, they get more accustomed to handling orders efficiently so customers don’t have to wait as long.

That being said, the food is great! The wings are flavorful, and the fries are delicious. Despite the wait, I’ll definitely keep coming back. Looking forward to seeing this location...

This was me and my husbands first time at wingstop. We got the 15 piece meal deal for two and the wings and fries were amazing! Wings were nicely seasoned and tender. Fries were great! BUT, the only thing bad was we had to wait an hour for our food. We had noticed that people in line that was behind us when we placed our order, was getting their food first. It happened to me and a couple of other customers. They definitely need a better system of who places their order first, gets their food first then the people behind you in line.
