Let’s start with the night shift on February 11th the one day I come here I’m not greeted nor did anybody want to work when I mean they all gave me stank faces it was crazy for a second I thought I didn’t belong, then the Mexican girl was just throwing stuff in the bag throwing another women’s food in the kid containers any type of way, if they close at 10 they shut everything down grills all that rice and didn’t have nothing up and it was only 7:16… Then the Mexican girl just walked away left me and another man standing there asked the black girl to make it and they barely put anything in his burrito.. let’s get to me I ordered two bowls first of all they had 2 scoops of rice in the warmer when I mean they gave me and my husband 1 scoop like literally 1 scoop it was so little it barely fit in a pile they had more meats up then anything Bec they so busy giving people 3 steaks after I seen her make my bowls and I realized she gave us a scoop of rice I was disgusted I hustled left imma say this I’m calling corporate because there’s no way people should walk in and they making stank faces and just staring ik yall pocket with the meat portions butt to give somebody a scoop of rice instead of making more they didn’t because they shut everything down at 7...

I went into this Chipotle to order sofritas tacos, and not only was the sofritas container nearly empty, but the place was visibly dirty with multiple flies around the food area. I asked the so-called manager (heavyset, long black hair, appeared to be Mexican—wouldn’t give his name) if the sofritas could be made fresh. He rudely said “no” and refused to even pull from the mobile pickup area. He claimed it was “peak time,” yet I was the only customer in the store.
His appearance was unkempt and unsanitary—completely unacceptable for food service. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location, and it’s clear they prioritize laziness over food safety. Read moreJust visited this Chipotle and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I asked for extra corn on the side—something I’ve never had an issue with at any other Chipotle and was told it would be extra. Fine, different locations, different policies, I can live with that.
What I can’t excuse is the blatant disrespect. After I sat down to eat, I overheard the staff talking trash about me in Spanish, clearly assuming I wouldn’t understand. I speak fluent Spanish. The white Latina girl with red-dyed hair especially needs to either get serious training in customer service or stop running her mouth about customers entirely.
