I built my own gaming PC for the first time. I watched tons of YouTube videos and assembled everything. I powered it on and nothing. So, I took it to UCI to diagnose and fix any of my mistakes. Charlie was AWESOME! He corrected my wiring mistakes and installed Windows 11 for me. My PC is running like a gold medalist, and I would definitely recommend them. I’m blown away that this place doesn’t have more positive reviews. I’ve been in several times - sometimes for larger projects, sometimes for small emergency repairs.

These guys are legit. The work is reasonably priced, the staff is knowledgeable and skilled. I have yet to be disappointed here.

Worst customer service ever. We purchased a vacuum sealer from this company and it worked fine for a couple months and then had to go in for repairs. In the last 5 months, the unit has been back for repairs 5 times. Each with the same problems. We purchased a new motor and pump and within 3 weeks it was broken with minimal use and they have the nerve to charge for defective replacement parts. Terrible products, even worse customer care.
