The store layout is straightforward and easy to navigate, which is ideal if you’re in a hurry or just want to get in and out. The aisles are spacious enough that you don’t feel crowded, even during busier hours. Product placement is typically well-organized, and the shelves are stocked with a good variety of options. Read moreI normally love this Target, I have been coming to this one several times over the years. It’s very cool and nicely accommodated with the large size, parking garage, and the Pizza Hut and Starbucks inside. However I am quite a bit frustrated with them today. Not the customer service employee that helped me, she was very kind and supportive and I appreciate her help... But with whoever is doing the shopping for the order pickup. What’s the point of paying for something ahead of time to be quickly picked up without needing to shop, when I get there and 2 hours later my order still isn’t ready? I already had groceries in the car from Trader Joe’s including freezer items that will melt in my car bc it’s summer and hot out and I still have a 25 minute drive home. My point of ordering ahead of time was to quickly grab the Target items and go home, bc a Google search showed me this Target had items I needed that other stores didn’t, but I get there almost 2 hours later and an order of only like 8 items still isn’t ready and I have to still wait around when I get there?? Then I had another separate order that I put in later (bc it was something I forgot) and it was only one item and even after my first order was ready the second order of the one item wasn’t and still isn’t. I have now waited around another hour. In my car. With my frozen grocery items. For an order pickup of ONE thing. I’m sorry but if it takes you almost 2 hours to find one thing in the store you work at and your job is to shop for pickup orders for customers, you probably shouldn’t be working there. I’m now still sitting in my car waiting for my order of one item for like an hour now after getting my first order and hoping my frozen stuff doesn’t completely melt. Again I’m not blaming the customer service associate who helped me bc she was very kind. But whoever is doing the shopping for pickup orders is extremely...
Read moreWell, I have and update on my contact lenses order placed at the target in king of Prussia Pa. First, let me start by saying this review has nothing to do with the doctor. Nothing at all. He was fantastic. After calling a week later for and update on my order, the customer rep said they were in but she didn’t see them anywhere and she would have to call me back. After waiting for two hours for a return call… i decided to physically go to the store. Upon arrival, I spoke to the rep, that said “ they are in but I don’t see them” … she then told me they would not be in for possibly another week. “ the excuse this time was “you know the mail is slow right now. THIS IS AFTER TELLING ME ON THE PHONE THEY HAD ARRIVED. At that point, i asked her to cancel my order. I then asked for a refund and she said it could take 3-5 business days for me to received it. When asked for a receipt… she said I would get it by email. I called back yesterday to inform her that i never received a cancellation email or a refund … she then said, “ oh, I get the email you don’t”. So now, I have no paper work for my cancelled order and Im waiting for my $99 dollars to be refunded. Im checking my bank account everyday to see when my refund will be issued. I will keep this review posted as things progress….. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CONTACT LENSES OR GLASSES FROM TAFGET OPTICAL. Not a good experience and very difficult in getting a straight answer. Today, a day later… I’ve been informed my contact lenses that were canceled and would take several weeks to arrive … have arrived! I asked the sales rep how this occurred when she had informed me my order had been canceled? She said, it was to late to do so! Hahaha. I would say to anyone thinking of buying glasses or contact lenses from Target! Do not purchase them at this store. A total fiasco! I can’t believe everything...
