Let's address the first issue , you go to the drive Thru to make your life easier! Right? Well it seems that when you go to the Willow Grove BK you order then directed to pull over to the handicapped spot and wait for your food, the first 2-3 times ,, ok maybe they are busy? But looking behind me no cars why am I pulling over .... so I pull over and wait..... they bring the food out and now we have to do some driving maneuvers to get out of parking lot to get out... okay like I said a few times ok.... but it has been every stinking time now! So I'm wondering why... then it dawns on me!!! They are trying to beat timed service!! They are trying to make their window times which they can't do! Well here's an idea get people on the drive thru that don't gossip while you are waiting to pay them, people who say thank you! And people who's accents are hard to understand.this is what's going on... Not to mention they forgot part of our order after my husband had to get out go back to window and tell them, they gave us free fries... so there ya go probably onlya 45 cent loss but all the same a loss so it seems this Burger King needs some Retraining!!! Put the right people in the right place and you won't have to cheat the times! So after this last time I was on the phone with corporate while waiting for our messed up order waiting in the parking lot! Not the drive thru which was empty! I wanted to know why this is happening here to see if there's an issue with this location or are they cheating times! So onto today I get a call from the district manager.....Travis... it seems Travis doesn't like working on saturdays, because he didn't really want to hear me, he just kept saying that the practice of pulling overshould be a one off, and that he spoke to manager and he actually used the words Blah Blah Blah! Told me to call him if it happens again! Well I'm not letting this go I want to see if this BK is really going to change. Burger Kings slogan HAVE IT YOUR WAY! Yes please can I have the right order in my bag at the drive thru with people that are kind and courteous and clear and concise. Is that too much to ask? So if you want to have it your way eat...
Read moreI wish I could give zero stars but this isn’t an option. Tonight seriously might have broken me of ever eating at this franchise again.
My daughter and I decided to grab a bite real quick. Fast food always isn’t easy as she is vegetarian… but having the impossible whopper as an option does help. So we went to the Willow Grove store. The drive through was long so we went in. No line but still had to wait 5 minutes to have our order taken. THIS WAS FINE. I get that businesses are short staffed and they were doing the best that they could. That being said, we waited 10 minutes for our food. Upon inspection of my chicken sandwich, I saw green specks all in the bread. I flipped it over only to find massive splotches of mold all over the bottom bun. And quickly told my daughter to stop eating her sandwich. Upon inspection, her cheese had mold on it.
The manager on duty did the best he could with the situation but nothing can explain a good establishment with mold all over.
There is NO reason this should...
Read moreWhen I come here at night it's semi-decent and always professional. The same cannot be said of the daytime crew. It's like romper room. The person taking your order walks away in the middle of it to go argue with the manager about his time card and doesn't come back. The manager is the only adult in the place, though you wouldn't know it... Special update! If you purchase a milkshake you will not be able to drink it. It has been mandated, I think, or at least I am told, that fast food restaurants can no longer use plastic straws. And if you order a shake and you don't realize it until you try to drink the shake through the straw, they don't have to give you your money back and the manager at the counter will argue and talk to you and refused to admit they shouldn't be selling drinks that yoi can't drink through the new straws. Though the other employees in the store all said the same thing. "The straws don't work for milkshakes." Seems to me that's a type of fraud and should be...
