Chico's — Local services in Upper Saucon

As a Chico’s customer who frequently visits Chico’s stores all over eastern United States, this past Sunday, November 6, 2022, I had the most bizarre, bothersome experience! There was a very loud inappropriate woman with a pair of “wings” styling teens’/ women’s hair with metallic string. The concept of having a hairstylist in a corner of this wonderful store was strange enough, but the addition of her loud, inappropriate conversations with her “clients” made my shopping experience horrible. The other employee’s frustration was evident in the way she interacted, (or lack of pleasant interactions) with various customers, including me. I couldn’t wait to get out of this store!! The women who work here are phenomenal. They are pleasant, go above and beyond to help you. However, shopping in there today was very difficult. I don’t think the air conditioner was on. It was 90° today so trying to shop in that store was very uncomfortable. The dressing room was like an oven. I just want to say what a great experience I had today at this chicos, jackline was so very nice and helpful. I don't like to shop for clothes and she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She helped me find the right outfit I need for a party I'm going to. No pressure at all, she was very patient and understanding of my needs.
