The manager was pleasant until I returned a bra. The bra didn’t last very long. I wore it a handful of times and the underwire started to poke me so I returned it immediately. I was newly introduced to this brand by a friend and absolutely loved it and ended up spending a lot of money there. Never returned any items up until this situation. “I love bra shopping!” said NO woman ever…. Until today. I called yesterday to make sure they had items I wanted to try on in stock and Angela was super helpful to check on each item and confirm. My experience in store was even BETTER!! Angela was there to assist me and found the bras I was looking for plus a few others. She even went to the back a few times to look for additional sizes/styles. She also told me about donating old bras for a cash discount! Who doesn’t love saving money? This was hands down THE BEST bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. And I will most definitely shop in-store here again....

I went to Soma at the Promenade shoppes. This was my first time shopping Soma. I had a bra fitting appointment. I found out I’ve been wearing the wrong size for years!
