2 minutes ago New Had a very irritating hour spent at the store just trying to exchange a bracelet my grandma got me for Christmas. The sales associate let me know they didn’t have that specific one in store I said no problem do they have something similar, she shows me a few and I find one I like. I also tell her I was interested in getting two clips for my bracelet as well, she shows me the pillow and I see ones that I like on the pillow says $35.00 I said I’ll take both. As she goes to check me out she lets me know my total is $179.50? I go what ?? She goes oh the clips are ringing up as $50, she explains they were but back incorrectly and placed on the wrong pillow that says $35 ( i understand it’s holiday things happen) no problem I tell her never mind about the clips, I’ll just swap out the bracelet. She then tells me the total for the bracelet is $60? I go I thought it was an exchange she goes oh well this bracelet is $60 more?? Why wouldn’t you tell me then when showing it to me. Because I would’ve easily told her in just looking to exchange it form something in the same price. Not only did she waste my time, my entire lunch break ,her own time by showing me things that were way over what I was looking to just exchange. Read moreVery disappointing service. I have a broken Pandora charm and I wanted to see if anything could be done. I drove 40 minutes to this store to get assistance. When I walked in I barely got a hello, then when I stated I wanted to see if there was anything to be done to get help with a broken charm, I got a very short "no we can't do anything." I was taken back because it is a simple repair as the loop that connected the dangle part to the charm had broken. I assume this girls friends or family came in and she completely disregarded me. The other associate took a look at it and says I don't think this is ours. She then goes to say I think that this is a fake. I was shocked. She took it into the back and when she came back to the front, she goes "yeah it has to be a really good fake because there are a lot of really good fakes out there or a park exclusive that I have never seen." She then proceeds to tell me that I can either take it to a different jeweler for repair or I can do it myself! The whole atmosphere was one of annoyance that I was coming in for a repair and not purchase. I had planned on looking at a ring there but left when I was told that because I didn't feel like they really wanted to assist. I did research this charm and it was on the website.
