Manhattan Bagel — Restaurant in Upper Southampton Township

The food was good, but it’s so inconsistent. We got a Philly cheesesteak breakfast wrap without egg, and it was great. But the staff was rude and said to just “get a manhattan wrap”. Which would be fine, but it’s not on the menu and the regular manhattan cheesesteak has ingredients we don’t want, like the aioli.

A week later, we came back and got the exact same thing. The staff seemed annoyed, plus there was no cheese OR onions on the wrap. Very disappointing. We will be calling to be “Karen’s” and figure out how we can get the delicious food we received the first time.

It’s unfortunate, because we heard such horrible things about this location, and we still decided to give it a try. And it was good. But I guess good experiences are a fluke here. Whomsoever made our food the first time, bless you. You’re wonderful, and could be the saving grace...

So I went there on a Saturday morning it’s always busy at bagels places, right. So I ordered a cold sandwich and there was more than 5 ppl working. And I waited for 15 minutes for my order, cuz it was only one person making them out of 5. I honestly might be overreacting a little but man this is fast food place on a busy Saturday and one person making my order? There was no sense of being rushed even tho it was busy. What am I tipping for waiting in line for one cold sandwich? The Mananger decided to do inventory check list while there were customers and it was again BUSY. He asked me to move, I just thought it was unnecessary and...

Placed a mobile order to pick up a catering order for 9:15. Waiting over 15mins for it to not be ready when I placed this order 5 days in advanced. The worker tried to convince me I even had the wrong location. Will never do my catering orders here again.

UPDATED: After writing this review I had the owner reach out directly to explain where this mistake occurred, take full responsibility and offer a solution. Mistakes happen and for them to handle the way they did has given me confidence to try this location in the future. Throughly surprised with the way and speed this issue...
