bought new motorola Z2 phone Jan. 15th 2019 and went bad by Marrch 20th. display would not accept apps, nubers would not work,always says "system not responding" restat. 10-15 times a day. There rep. Bonnell (?) tild me it was all our fault and they could not do anything about it. (What happened to the customer is ALWAYS right. Logged for 6 weeks daily 10 -15 times aday of problems and restats. Brought back and al they say is " I don,t know". Rep. raplaced phone and i asked for a new one and they gave me refurbished and did not tell me. Kept bring back and logging 6 weeks and all i get is "I don't know" . all system not responding app buttons not working or pulling up different app than pushed. After 6 weeks they gave me a new phone, i was told as good as or beeter. My last phone was 64GB the better phone 16GB, only 1 camera and the other pgone had 2. phone did not have enough storage for even my apps.Outlook would not load on it. Called by agian and asked for Moto Z2 ("new") and they set me up as new one. Did not tell me it was not new, it was refurbished, and more problems than the other 2 Z2"s. I knew this location was still open; but closing at 7- so I rushed in, asked what the chances were of getting a new phone and within 15 minutes we had picked one out and had my contacts transferred over! The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful considering this was right before their scheduled closing time! I switched from android to apple and Connor was so helpful to show me how to navigate my phone, and also let me come back the next day to finish up transferring of photos etc. .
