Went to Konark, a Desi restaurant in Des Moines, hoping for a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were far from met. The first shock came with the pricing: a single paratha costs $3, which is astonishing considering you can usually buy a whole case of 25 parathas for around $10.
