We walked in and the guy gave us a menu and said pick a seat. We were the only ones in there. Once we sat down he brought us 2 small bottles of water (not the full size bottles but the kids size ones) and left. He came back (was very nice mind you) and took our order. It was pretty clear his English was not very good because I asked what "crazy fries" were and he said "French fries". We ordered the 1/2 order chicken tikka. The menu said it came with rice or french fries, soup or salad. We both ordered french fries and I ordered soup, my friend a salad. 2 soups came out and she said a salad and he walked away. So we both ate our soup. Then the meal came out and it was good but portions were very small compared to the other place 1/2 mile away. But tasty. THEN THE BILL came. He charged us $3.00 for Tonic water, and $12 for French fries (mind you it was a little side plate of fries). So I grabbed the menu thinking maybe we missed something and a different guy came out. I said why are you charging us for fries when it says it is included. He said "That is the carryout menu they are not included on the dinning in menu". I said this is the only menu he gave us and you do not have other menu's at the register either. My friend asked why are we being charged for Tonic water. He said well you drank the bottles of water, right? And we don't have a button for "water" just tonic water so you are being charged. I was shocked. Not only did nobody say "hey, you are paying for those mini bottles of water" but he put them right in front of us and left. Said nothing of a charge. I do not mind paying for a meal that is earned. In fact if you have a good product and do not try to cheat me, I will return over and over. Never will I go to this place again. You have to cheat me to get money, nope! The whole reason I went in was to see about booking our company Christmas party. Well that is not happening here that...

Paradise Banquet and Restaurant really lives up to its name! From the second I walked in, I was impressed. The service was top of the line — everyone was so friendly, helpful, and made me feel completely welcome.
The food was incredible — full of flavor, fresh, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they put a lot of care into every dish.
The place itself is super clean, and the atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. Even the area around the restaurant is great — easy to find, plenty of parking, and just a nice spot overall.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Between the amazing food, great service, and spotless environment, it’s definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. I’ll 100% be...
Read moreI threw a party at this banquet not too long ago, and I had a terrible experience. The place was filthy! I understand people make mistakes or forget things. I also understand it is a fairly a new location. However, not cleaning or vacuuming the carpet and not setting the tables before the party is unacceptable. Add to this having extra tables and chairs placed next to the dancing floor and thinking this is ok is so stupid. Putting all that aside, but having waiters stealing sweets from our sweet table during the party and not to eat but to take home is completely unprofessional, and I’m not talking here about a few pieces but a couple dozens. I later learned that one of the owners asked the waiters to steal for him...
