Unprofessional. I made a serious inquiry to purchase a pair of sneakers on a limited timeline. After being told I would receive a call back from the employee who could help immediately, it took 4 hours to finally hear something back. When I started asking questions about the timeline of the purchase I was being rushed to send a payment before hashing out the details of the shipping process and wether or not they could facilitate the sale. The employee asked for a moment to figure things out and he never got back to me. I sent information that would support the shipping process/sale. Amazing selling experience! Locally I’ve visited similar stores to sell shoes but doing business with those stores was a nightmare. However, Whats Hype was the complete opposite. They had by far the most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced at a shoe store, led by their owner Tyler. From start to finish he stayed engaged and was upfront in terms of what he pays per shoe. I didn’t purchase anything, but just looking around you could see this is a MUST VISIT store for any shoe enthusiast. All shoes were in beautiful condition and wrapped in plastic.
