I ordered my wife a bouquet of flowers from FTD for our second anniversary. Everything was confirmed for delivery and I thought I was in good hands. All of the sudden, I received an email from FTD saying there was a problem with the order and it would not be delivered until the following day!
Since anniversary flowers are basically worthless the day AFTER the anniversary, I immediately called FTD and cancelled the order. At this point, I was calling florist after florist trying to find someone who could take care of me.
Over and over, I was getting turned down until I called Utica Florist. Not only was their staff professional and courteous but they were sympathetic to my situation. The order process was very simple and very quick.
Utica Florist offered me a much better bouquet of flowers for $13 LESS than what FTD was charging me! Furthermore, the flowers were delivered to my wife's workplace on time. The roses were beautiful, full, and fragrant. Most importantly, they made my wife's day.

By 3 pm, I haven't heard back so I called the business and they told me that they were going to take my order out next. At 5 pm I called again just to find out that the driver was not able to find the address and never bothered calling me. The girl on the phone sounded like she couldn't care less about the situation and when I asked her to have the driver call me she said "we'll try". By 5:45 pm still no calls so I called again and asked for the order to be cancelled. Read moreVery dissatisfied with my order today. I ordered a custom basket with violets and butterflies as a gift for my mother who lost her sister to covid last night. (The plant and butterfly have meaning in our family) I received a call saying they were out of the plants and they offered to use hydrangeas instead. They delivered an Easter plant that cost me $15 on Easter Sunday. When I called they told me it was the same price and if I didn't like it they could swap it out when they got violets in stock. That's incredibly tacky and just plain rude. I'm very disappointing and will not be ordering from or recommending this florist.
