I/ we love our new Coach bags.I have a Bendel but wanted something new. I informed the associate I had lost my other handbags in the Camp Fire. My husband and I purchased 3 in one day! Definitely the most I've spent at one time(well 2x 1 day) bought myself one and matching one (style, different color) for my sister and Selena bag for my daughter. Also bought a purse accessory. I've waited too long to post review but the sales associate was very nice older well dressed and spoken woman (I'm thinking Martha? )She went out of her way to assist me with helping choose the perfect handbag(s)She treated me nicely even before my second trip back to purchase the other 2. A younger clerk made a comment that I semi took offense to. During my first visit I inquired about the Selena bag and she said that they have one and that it was only a certain percentage off not like the others. I got the impression she was implying may not be able to afford it. I did not ask how much it was and in sales one should never judge book by its cover. Martha, the best customer service associate I've ever had made a few trips to the back to find find matching accessories (color hardware). She felt bad and apologized to me for not having larger selection in their "purse bling "(I call it that). I told her it was quite alright. She climbed the latter 2x that day for me. Once to show me the Selena bag and a second when husband said we'd purchase for our daughter😀👜👜👜. She also told me that could get 2 free custom monogrammed tags for myself and my sister. If you like Coach and luv discounts, well then come on into the Coach outlet in Vacaville, CA. The shop has purses, wallets, sunglasses, jewelry, shoes, and menswear. But the majority of inventory are purses and women's wallets. The pebble leather purses were 1/3 of the retail price.

They have a couple of "greeters" at the door. Not sure if they are greeters or security, or possibly both. Either way, they greeted folks as they entered. They have staff that walk about providing sincere assistance without the obtrusive lurking about. The store is laid out well with roomy aisles. But the shelving is showing its years. Very POOR customer service from their Manager (Sophia), salespersons are helpful. I'm exchanging a crossbody bag (I got it as a gift, tag still intact, never used) I'm exchanging it with same crossbody bag w/ same price $219.99. Mine is also $219.99 they still have it displayed, but she priced lower that I have to pay$15 more or she wants me to buy 2nd item to get the additional 25% off. I earnestly asked her to make it an even exchange since it's the same price and it was their last one,,,, said NO she cannot. What a service!?! NOT going back here and surely not bringing anyone to...
