True Religion — Local services in Vacaville

Had a terrible experience at the Vacaville Outlet location. I have 20 pair of True Religion jeans and love the fit and the quality of them. I wanted to take my girlfriend and her teenage daughter there and have them try on a pair and buy them each a coupe pair. They were very excited to get some. We drove an hour from Napa to the location only to be treated super rude by the manager and an employee. Watched 3 other customers leave the store because they were being treated rude as well. There was one employee behind the cash register (and no one was lining up to check out), the manager and she was behind a register and no one could as checking out and a gal that was folding jeans at the table in the front. My girlfriend wanted to try on a pair so she knew what size to get and all the changing rooms were locked. I asked the gal at the front register if we could get into one to try on some jeans and she promptly said “no, we are not letting anyone into the changing rooms right now because we are too busy”. I asked her how do we buy jeans if we don’t know if they fit? Her response was “well? You will just have to take a chance.” I said this can’t be the at you treat your customers, u have been to this location before and several others and never had an issue. I asked her name because I was going to write corporate (and still am) she would not give her name and then the manager standing next to her immediately said you can take my name (can’t remember what it was but was there around 2:00pm Saturday 8/2/2025) as I was walking out the doors to leave I literally watched 4 other customers leave and outside everyone was as complaining about how they were treated. This location needs to do a serious retraining. Best of luck.

8/11/25 update. I tried to go to their website and notify them so they were aware of how their customers were being treated and did an interaction with the AI. It asked for my email and I gave it to them but nothing since then (8/2/25) so it’s not just their store, the problem lies with even their corporate office not caring enough to even respond.
