Lane Bryant Outlet — Local services in Vacaville

I recently went to this Lane Bryant store after it reopened (it had been closed down due to the Covid-19 pandemic.) While I was there shopping for bras they had 2 staff members working a young lady at the register and a older lady letting people into the fitting rooms. I picked out several bras but was not 100% sure that I was getting the correct size so I asked the lady in charge of the dressing rooms if I could be measured she informed me the are not doing measurements at the moment but I was free to try on the bras if I liked . I completely understood the reason why they are not measuring at the moment however the lady who was in charge of the dressing rooms instead of helping me out by unlocking a dressing room door so I could try things on instead she decided that it was a good time to leave the store go out front and purchase herself a soda out of the vending machine I know this because the machine wouldn't take her dollar and she came back in complaining and took a different dollar from the register and walked out the store again leaving only the young lady at the register to take care of a line of people so I had to wait for her to finish in order to be let into a fitting room this was a process that took nearly 25 min of my time because the other employees decided that they wanted to go to lunch leaving 1 worker with a store full of customers. I have read through some of the comments and most of them mentioned how wonderful customer service experience was well that's not at all what I experienced I have to go back and exchange some things and I'm very much regretting it after my last experience I just hope dressing room lady is off today because she doesn't have the best customers service...

I went in to get fitted for bras and underwear. I'd never been to this store before, and I spoke with the first saleswoman I found. I followed her to the back and told her that I had lost 100 lbs and I had no idea what size I needed.

I hit the jackpot!! I found the sweetest lady in a gorgeous red dress who was so attentive and asked questions about what I was looking for in a bra. She brought me back the perfect ones.

Then she brought pants in for me to try and brought in a couple of different sizes. Then she went out for smaller sizes. Here's the thing. I hadn't seen myself since losing the weight. I've been sick at home due to an accident. I don't own a full-length mirror, so when I saw what made her so excited for me, I had to look.

Let me preface this by saying I do like the store and clothing, the staff is great very helpful and caring. I am tall, not extremely tall on 5'9" but my inseam is long. I cannot wear normal pants or slacks because they are too short. I went in last week and bought some slacks they were plenty long and even taking into account some shrinkage they should have been fine. I was so happy to find something other than leggings and other than black! I washed them, four inches plus off the length!! Mind you no shrinkage in waist or hips, just the length! They are now too short and I hate them! I bought 3 other pairs of different slacks and 2 did not shrink, I fear washing the third as it's hard to get bottoms that fit!
