I visited this North Face location the day after Black Friday and was delighted that their Black Friday deals were still happening all weekend! The location is great and the staff were extremely helpful! They were a little understaffed, but still great service. The prices were reasonable and they had at least 50% off all their merchandise. Only disappointment was the amount of people outside (waiting to be let inside) and inside the store. There was a huge line waiting to be let inside and it took about 20 minutes to be let in. The store capacity is at 90 and frankly I think that’s all the store can handle, it’s a fairly small store and there were people everywhere. I want to let you know that on 04/11/2021 at 5:50pm we arrived to the North Face store in Vacaville “Anthony” was at the door, we proceed to get in and he stopped us indicating that the store was about to close, I asked if my husband can get in since we were driving from Sacramento and needed a gift for our son’s birthday, he declined, I tried again, but he didn’t let us -even though technically it was 10 mts before closing time- he didn’t care that we were senior citizens, he should have been more considerate…I hope he is not the store manager(!!), he definitely needs more training about what customer service...

Max occupancy on the door is posted to 33, there’s maybe a handful of people in the store right now. Last week tried to come in, wasn’t allowed in because they were already “over capacity” by six. 4 people came out and I couldn’t go in still even though there was nowhere near 33 people in the store. Get it together northface. We’re not “social distanced” when we’re all packed in a line trying not to block the side walk.
