Unfortunately, there is not an option for "no stars" for my experience at Staples. I went to Staples this past Monday to purchase sheet protectors. I was the only customer in the store at 2:00 pm. There were two sales staff behind the register area, and both were talking about how to ring something up. I waited patiently with my daughter. A couple of minutes passed and I still had not been greeted by either of them. A sales staff from the copy center came over to ask one of the others how to do something and he actually left without acknowledging me, without even a sideways glance in my direction. My daughter looked at me and she was confused as to why we still had not been assisted. Even the other person behind the register looked at the one who had just left and he seemed confused as to why he didn't ring me up. I decided at this point that my money just wasn't good enough for Staples, so I put down the package of page protectors, and as we walked out of the store the remained salesperson said, "Sorry about that." On April 15, 2016, I looked on their website its tells that if you shop online you can pick item (s) within 1 hour of the purchase without having it delivery. I phoned store directly was placed on hold for a long time. But I finally got to speak to someone (female) asking if item I available in store. Long short I was in the end informed No items available in the short. I told an individual on hte website I there are two available why. Excuse was that the website is SLOWER on her End than the actual website. What or how that is is possible.. Business people except that your website stated that you have must make sure you do.. Not complete different what type of business is STAPLE running . One words for Upper Management check on up with all locate store manager(s) to making sure that item (s) adds on website making sure all/most store(s) at least have it as Promises..

The store is uninviting with no clear direction when you walk in. No one greets you, and employees seem completely disengaged. I’ve had to figure out print jobs on my own while staff stood around, and I wasn’t the only one—other customers looked just as lost
On another visit, I paid a rush fee to print a single page. I showed up well after the pickup time and was told the “print guy” was on lunch. I came back later and still waited 30 more minutes—no apology, no refund on the rush fee
Even trying to buy a chair that showed as in stock online, I was told they didn’t have it—no one checked, no help offered
