
Having just came from browsing RH outlet and walking into the William Sonoma outlet, the customer service vibe was so different in the best way. Staff greeted folks as they entered. The staff were engaging and relatable. Just giving off fun, welcoming shopping vibes.
Anyway, the shop was organized well with beautiful staging of products. It gave off a shop vibe versus warehouse outlet vibe. They sold furniture, housewares, small kitchen appliances, home decor, and lighting fixtures. products looked to be in fairly good condition. No obvious broken, non functional pieces.
