Went in for the very first time to treat my son and was excited to try it myself also. As I came in I told the cashier that I had never been there he went through the process and we arrived back with our cups full of something new to try. Unfortunately I only had a hundred dollar bill......And on a purchase of 15 and some change he claimed he couldn't make change for me. Luckly for my son I had a ten so he was able to get his. As I walked out the door I heard what was to be my first experience with cherry berry get thrown in the garbage. Sad that something isn't posted to let customers know, I would have had no problem going to find change before I made my cup of fro yo. I guess you would rather throw product away then have your store better prepared..Or have something posted..Esp on a Friday when people get paid and tend to have bigger bills. Read moreOur daughter received a coupon for 5 free ounces from a teacher at school. We go there after school today and the snotty teenage girl said she can't give us 5 ounces, only 3 because the cash register only has a 3 ounce button and not a 5 ounce button. The girl calls the owner and all she said she was told is I haven't given out one of those coupons in years. We asked, Can you just hit the 3 ounce button twice? Girl says no just once. The teacher paid for 5, not 3. Girl is not budging. After we paid for things, we leave and look back at the girl looking at her boyfriend, mouthing something like, OMG can you believe that? While making a face. No. No we can't.
We can't believe you never greeted us, did not offer any customer service, didn't thank us for our purchase, and also how rude and you are, girl. Also, just because a "button" doesn't exist, doesn't mean you can't figure it out. Good luck......

Website had hours of operation posted and while I got sent to voicemail when I called, the answering message boasted that not only was this location back open, they were open for dine-in 7 days a week during their posted hours. Perfect! We decided to make the drive and... not a sign of life inside the place when we got there. Doors locked, lights off, no hours posted and no notes in the window explaining the reason for closure. Needless to say, it ended up being a 3 hour round trip...
