Sloan Mountain Express — Local services in Vail

I found Sloan MTN Express online as was skeptical about un-verified companies I'm not close to. Flying over 900 miles away into Denver I always have uncertainty if its unfamiliar to me. I did my due diligence and searched for reviews to support my decision to use Sloan MTN Express all the way to Steamboat Springs 3.8 hours away and back to DIA. I even spoke to Sebastian and asked more questions esp about my 80 year old Parkinson's father-in-law with a new pace maker about stopping for him if he needed it more than average stops advertised, and he was very supportive to our needs if it would come to multiple lavatory stops which it didn't. And after all that my gut said try Sloan. Well I was impressed listening to my gut about Sloan MTN Express, and our driver Sebastians professional both ways traveling hit the nail on the head. His black newest body style sold with leather seats was a fully loaded clean chevy suburban in my 46 year old opinion of fully loaded. No tvs but in my day fully loaded didn't have tvs either so there is that, don't think I didn't glance at his tire tread condition climbing in for my families safety which was excellent. Another concern was 6 fairly large suitcases and 5 adults in my party. Will everything fit? Well it actually all fit inside the suburban barely which was so relieving, but what you want to know that I did not see on my research was he has a long 6' storage container mounted on the roof which is big enough for 2 pair of ski's I think, but could have taken 2 carry ons you would put in the overhead bins of planes.... don't worry about space with Sloans door to door service. We text Sebastian when we landed and he promptly text back to ease my concern he didn't forget us. I would use him in the future even if his suburban was years older by my next return. It his professional that ages like wine not the the machine he drives. -Thanks...

We had a fantastic experience! From scheduling, to pick up, to drop off. We went from Denver to Vail, and then Vail to the Denver airport. Sebastian was fantastic at scheduling and answering all of my questions. We had several pickups and drop offs. He was also our driver (one way) and was EXCELLENT!!! Ves was our driver on the return trip and was FANTASTIC! The cars were new, clean, roomy, and they had water for us (very important to stay hydrated at the higher altitudes). Both drivers arrived early and were excellent drivers and very attentive and courteous. Ves had us check the trunk to make sure all of our luggage was there, before we left, and we realized the hotel had forgotten to load two of our bags!!!! He totally saved us!! I highly recommend this company!!!!!! I would give more stars, if I could!! Before I scheduled, I called several companies and Sloan Mountain Express had the best pricing and a discount for booking round trip! The service was top notch!!! I would definitely use them again!!! It’s a family run business and it’s truly wonderful....

Sebastian was extremely accommodating when I called him to work out arrangements for my college age daughter that had multiple cancelled flights. She was visiting Breckenridge with a college group and when her flights continued to get cancelled back to Michigan, we were concerned about how she would make it safely back to Denver on her own. Sebastian was professional, calming, and assured me they would be able to get her to Denver at any point. He stayed in contact with us over a period of 48 hours. He also was honest and went above and beyond when our daughter realized that the family she ended up staying wirh (when the cancellations began) wanted to head to Denver early because of weather and unfortunately that meant she needed to go with them otherwise she wouldn’t have a place to stay . Sebastian understood the situation and did not charge us for our booked driver the next day. I cannot say enough good things about the way this company does business. We will 100% plan to use them anytime we come to ski...
