Brand new in August 2023, this hotel has very nice suite rooms. The shuttle that drops off and picks up from Vail Village and Lionshead is very nice. The AM delivery driver was a nice guy. Downsides are: 1) $45 per day parking, but it is underground in a heated garage. 2) Depending on who you get for neighbors, the walls are super thin. You can actually hear full conversations from the people next to you, not to mention the horrible sound of people moving barstools around from the ceiling above you. It sounded like they were moving furniture all day and night. 3) The hot tub/spa was closed for the entire 5 nights we were here....which was very disappointing. Being in a hot tub while the snow falls would have been nice. This was one of the selling points for us choosing this hotel in the first place... The staff is nice, you can tell everyone is kind of new and isn't quite sure of anything. They do have a restaurant and bar here but their "grand opening" was a week ago, so they only had 3 total items for a food menu. Overall the cost was high but everything is in Vail. We booked last minute and I feel it was about average at around $600 a night (plus $45 parking per day) for a king, 1 bedroom suite during peak skiing season. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, 2 pot stove top (no oven), and full set of plates, pots silverware, toaster, glasses, cutting board and so on. I would recommend this hotel for semi budget minded people. It's not right next to the slopes but it has a shuttle. There are definitely better, closer to the night life and ski slopes, but you are looking at $1-2k per night for that. For our purposes I felt it was good. See pictures for what the room looked like.

We are absolutely thrilled with this hotel — everything exceeded our expectations! ✨ We stayed here in August for 5 days, and honestly, it wasn’t enough. We wished we could have stayed longer! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need for a perfect vacation nearby. The property is well-maintained, and the hotel itself is exceptionally clean — the cleanliness here is truly top-notch. Our room felt just like an apartment: spacious, modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a dishwasher — something you rarely find in hotels! This was especially convenient for a longer stay or a family trip. We even grilled meat on the beautiful terrace — such an amazing bonus! We also really appreciated the extra amenities: a small spa, hot tub, bar, and laundry — everything you need to feel right at home. The shower in our room was absolutely gorgeous — large, spotless, and modern. Breakfast is included in the stay and it was truly delicious and varied — a perfect start to the day! I also want to highlight the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. They create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like a truly valued guest. The only downside is the parking, which costs about $40 per day — a bit on the expensive side. But honestly, everything else was so wonderful that this small detail didn’t spoil our overall impression at all. I don’t understand why this hotel isn’t rated 5 stars yet — it’s exceptional in every way! 💯 We will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Vail.

I took my family to Vail for a vacation and decided that I would stay at this hotel because of the location and the room size. When I arrived, the hotel was very clean and the front desk staff that I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. This is where the positivity of my entire review will end.

I have never in all my years of traveling been treated with the blatant disrespect that happened at this location. My wife, daughter and I decided that we would stay at the hotel for the evening to relax. We decided that we would go down to the bar in the lobby area to try it out. This is where everything for our stay at this hotel turned very ugly. When we approached the bartender at the bar, he rudely told us to have a seat and would bring us a menu to the table. That was fine, I have seen people have a bad day and would never hold that against them. We proceeded to go take a seat while waiting very patiently for him to bring us the menu that he said that he would bring to us. We had sat there for 20 minutes while this man was sitting there talking to guests at the bar while ignoring everyone else that was waiting for service.

At this point, I knew that he had no intention of serving us and told my wife that we should leave. She talked me into giving him 5 more minutes. This is when another guest had gone up to the bar to ask about their food and he also gave them an attitude for bothering him. He then came out with the other guest’s food and put it on the table that my wife and my eleven-year-old daughter were sitting at with an attitude. He literally acted like we weren’t even there while putting someone else's food on the table we were sitting at.

We then decided it was best to leave and find a restaurant in town instead. We were heading to the elevator, and my wife went straight to the front desk to make a complaint about this situation. When we went up to the front desk there were other guests also very upset about how they were treated. All my years of traveling for work with Marriot and this is how I am treated. Me traveling with my family on vacation is the only reason I'm writing this review. I can take a lot, but when a man does something like this in front of my child is unacceptable. I was waiting for the manager to make an apology before I wrote this review, but that never happened. I would have a hard time wanting to ever stay at this property ever again. It’s too bad, because I think there are some good employees that work at this hotel. I wouldn’t have even written this review if the General Manager had given me the respect of reaching out to me as a guest. I guess all my years of loyalty to Marriot mean nothing to the General Manager at...

Tl;dr Loud and uncomfortable

2 things that this hotel will never be able to improve: First, the interstate is way too close. Non stop road noise day and night. 18 wheelers using engine brakes, speeding motorcycles, cars hitting rumble strips. You will hear it. Want to relax on the "eagle deck"? Good luck, you have to shout at the person sitting next to you to even be heard. Have a balcony? Don't bother. Enjoy the hot tub? Sure if you stick your head under water

Second, the walls are too thin. You can hear everything your neighbor is doing. Every...thing. And when a door closes it hits your room like a small earthquake.

Now some good news, things that can be improved

  1. The mattresses and pillows are awful. I'm not a picky sleeper but these are truly horrendous. Mattresses that sink and lean. We even tried flipping and rotating ours. Still the same. The edges will sink down and try to roll you off. And the pillows? They sink and flatten into 2 dimensional shapes. You'll need to stack 2, 3 , even 4 to get anything remotely resembling support

  2. Noise again. All night long you can hear loud music, partying, shouting. All in Spanish. Which is fine. I don't care what language you speak. But don't play loud music at 3a outside the hotel in the hot tub area. It happened multiple times on our stay. So it wasn't a one off. And the partyers argued with the hotel security who asked them to leave. Which tells me it's entitled staff and not a guest. We saw no Spanish speaking guests in the week we were here. It's got to be the staff

  3. Language barrier. The staff that brings requests to your room (more pillows, coffee, etc) doesn't speak English. At all. And they just guess. Want pillows? Here's towels. Close enough

  4. cold breakfast. Scrambled eggs, Bfast sandwiches, breakfast meats. All ice cold the first 2 days we were there.

The location is convenient, the price is affordable, and the kitchen was nice to have. The staff in general was kind and attentive. But none of that could make up for the rest. Or more precisely, the...

I booked this hotel because it was new and looked to have nice amenities. Upon our arrival we were told the hot tub was on the second floor, the kids were excited. Unfortunately, it was broken 3 days into our trip it was repaired. The rooms are large and very clean and well stocked. However if you’re wanting a quiet night sleep it’s not gonna happen. You can hear every little sound. If a door opened down the hall you heard it, someone watching tv next door? You can hear the whole tv show. The second night of my stay the people next door stayed up talking till 3:43. I know all of Nicholas and Kayla’s business. Then let’s play drink if you ever. lol it was a long night. The tv continues to freeze, and I would restart it 2-3 times till it played the screen clear.

The bar downstairs is nice, it’s new so the menu is very limited. However on my last night there the bartender took my order asked my room number and I clearly said I will pay you cash. I don’t want it charged to my room. This morning when checking my charges I see a restaurant charge for $64.40 Mind you my bill was $54.40. I gave him $65.00 cash. This is the reason why I never have anything additional billed to my room. I asked the manager at check out and he goes and pulls all the receipts from the night before and at his surprise not a single signed receipt for $54.40. So the receipt and the cash is missing. He took the charge off. No apologies just a “I took that charge off the account, and are you checking out?” Yes sir. Then I had to ask for a printed copy of my receipt.

I think paying $2800 for 4 nights they should be a little nicer and not try to just slip things on your statement thats not apologized. Then when questioned about an unauthorized charge act like oh it’s no big deal.

I will choose another hotel for my visit...
